1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made pursuant to the Saudi E-Commerce Law (Royal Decree No. M/126, dated 1440H) between you and Raffinato for Jewelry Trading ("Raffinato," "we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, governing your access to and use of the raffinato.sa website, our boutiques located in Jeddah, and all related services (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in accordance with applicable Saudi laws, including the Consumer Protection Law and E-Commerce Law. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of our Services immediately.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to use our Services and make purchases. If you are under 18, you may only use our Services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.
By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, or that you have obtained verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features of our Services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and promptly update your information to keep it accurate and current
- Maintain the confidentiality and security of your account credentials
- Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, contain inaccurate information, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
4. Products & Services
4.1 Product Descriptions
We make every effort to display our products accurately, including descriptions, images, gold purity, gemstone specifications, and weight. All gold jewelry sold by Raffinato is crafted from 18-karat Italian gold and complies with the standards set by the Saudi Standards, Metrology, and Quality Organization (SASO). However, minor variations in color, weight, or dimensions may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our pieces. All products are subject to availability.
4.2 Pricing
All prices are listed in Saudi Riyal (SAR) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) at the rate of 15% as mandated by the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA). Gold jewelry is priced based on a combination of the gold weight, the prevailing daily gold market rate, and craftsmanship fees. Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in the international gold market. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors.
4.3 Custom & Bespoke Pieces
Custom-designed jewelry is created exclusively to your specifications and is non-refundable once production has commenced. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the estimated total is required to initiate any custom order. The remaining balance is due upon completion and prior to delivery. Custom orders typically require 4 to 8 weeks for completion.
5. Orders & Payment
5.1 Order Acceptance
Placing an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion. An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance. We will notify you separately when your order has been accepted and is being processed.
5.2 Payment Methods
Full payment is required at the time of purchase in compliance with Islamic commercial principles governing gold transactions. We accept the following payment methods: mada, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Tabby (Buy Now Pay Later), and Tamara (Buy Now Pay Later). All transactions are processed securely through PCI DSS-compliant payment gateways.
5.3 Installment Plans
Sharia-compliant installment options are available through Tabby and Tamara for eligible purchases. These services are subject to their own terms and conditions and independent credit approval. Raffinato bears no responsibility for decisions made by third-party payment providers.
5.4 Order Cancellation
You may cancel a standard order within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been dispatched. After dispatch, cancellation is not possible; however, you may initiate a return upon receipt. Custom and bespoke orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
6. Shipping & Delivery
6.1 Domestic Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Estimated delivery times are 1 to 2 business days within Jeddah, 2 to 3 business days within major cities (Riyadh, Dammam, Makkah, Madinah), and 3 to 5 business days for other regions. All shipments are fully insured and require a signature upon delivery.
6.2 Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and title for products transfer to you upon confirmed delivery and your signature of receipt. We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure events, customs procedures, adverse weather conditions, or carrier-related issues beyond our control.
6.3 Delivery Verification
For security purposes, all jewelry deliveries require government-issued photo identification and a signature from the recipient or an authorized representative at the registered delivery address.
7. All Sales Are Final
All purchases made through the Raffinato website or in our boutiques are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds under any circumstances. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that the sale is final and non-reversible.

8. Warranty
All Raffinato jewelry is accompanied by a one (1) year limited warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects including but not limited to: faulty clasps or closures, structural defects in settings, and loose gemstones (excluding loss of gemstones).
This warranty does not cover: normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse or negligence, unauthorized repairs or modifications, damage resulting from improper storage or exposure to chemicals, loss or theft, or any alteration to the piece by a third party. 9. Intellectual Property
9.1 Ownership
All content on our website and associated materials, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, trademarks, images, jewelry designs, photographs, and software, is the exclusive property of Raffinato for Jewelry Trading or its licensors and is protected by Saudi and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
9.2 Limited License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not:
- Reproduce, distribute, modify, or publicly display any content without prior written permission
- Create derivative works based on our designs, content, or intellectual property
- Use our content, designs, or imagery for any commercial purpose
- Use automated systems, bots, or scrapers to access or collect data from our Services
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our software
9.3 Trademarks
"Raffinato," our logo, and all related brand marks are registered trademarks of Raffinato for Jewelry Trading in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Unauthorized use of our trademarks is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
10. User Conduct
When using our Services, you agree not to:
- Use our Services for any purpose that is unlawful under Saudi law or international law
- Impersonate any person, entity, or falsely represent your affiliation with any party
- Interfere with, disrupt, or impose an undue burden on our Services or connected networks
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, servers, or user accounts
- Transmit viruses, malware, or any code of a destructive or malicious nature
- Collect, harvest, or store personal information of other users without their explicit consent
- Post or transmit false, misleading, defamatory, or fraudulent content
- Engage in any activity that constitutes fraud or deceptive commercial practices
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY THE LAWS OF THE KINGDOM OF SAUDI ARABIA, RAFFINATO FOR JEWELRY TRADING SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE OUR SERVICES.
Our total aggregate liability for any and all claims arising from or related to our Services shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to Raffinato in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the mandatory provisions of Saudi law, including the Consumer Protection Law.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that our website or servers are free of viruses or other harmful components. This disclaimer does not affect any statutory consumer rights you may have under Saudi law.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Raffinato for Jewelry Trading, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your access to or use of our Services
- Your breach or violation of any provision of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of any third party
- Your violation of any applicable laws, regulations, or governmental orders of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
14. Dispute Resolution
14.1 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the E-Commerce Law (Royal Decree No. M/126), the Consumer Protection Law, and their implementing regulations, without regard to conflict of law principles.
14.2 Amicable Resolution & Arbitration
In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or our Services, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably within thirty (30) days. If amicable resolution is not achieved, either party may file a complaint with the Ministry of Commerce (mc.gov.sa) or submit the dispute to binding arbitration administered by the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA) in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, in accordance with the SCCA Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in Arabic, with English translation available upon request.
14.3 Jurisdiction
For matters not subject to arbitration, the competent courts of Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings arising from or related to these Terms.
15. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Where required by the Saudi E-Commerce Law, we will provide reasonable advance notice of significant changes. Your continued use of our Services after the posting of modified Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent court or tribunal to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, such provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Return Policy, Warranty Policy, and any other policies or notices published on our website, constitute the entire agreement between you and Raffinato for Jewelry Trading regarding your use of our Services, superseding all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
